The latex production begins at the collecting area in rubber planting zone. A small amount of ammonia is added into field latex to help preserve and stabilize the raw material. Then, the field latex is moved to the factory and prepare by filtration the dirty substances before processing the concentrated latex by the separator.
Concentrated Latex is widely used for many products but it's mainly used in dipped products for example; household gloves, surgical gloves, examination gloves, industrial gloves, condoms and balloons. Other uses include foam products, such as mattresses and cushions, sport products, carpet backing and underlay, rubberized hair and coir, adhesives, latex thread and reconstituted leather products etc.
